If you are a land owner in either the City of Greater Geelong, Hume City Council,
City of Melton or Port Phillip and Western Port CMA, get out there and apply for this
outstanding collaborative incentive.
These incentives are supported by the Australian Government National Landcare
Program and provide the opportunity for land owners to protect and enhance
biodiversity across the Victorian Volcanic Plains. Three ecological vegetation classes
are allegeable for funding the Plains grassland, plains grassy woodlands and grey
box grassy woodlands with grants providing as much as $20,000.00 over two years.
This funding can go toward environmental weed control, conservation fencing, rabbit
control and ecological burning.

available from this funding.
